“ It’s a very small space with limited staff, and it seems like the menu is made of whatever they feel like serving. What I mean by that is I don’t think that there was any sort of “theme” to the meal, and while the dishes were beautiful and included creative gastronomy, it didn’t seem like they threw in fancy or expensive ingredients to make the dishes appear more elevated—everything that was on the plate added to the overall great taste. Also, I absolutely loved that the meal was fresh and relatively vegetable forward. The veggies did not seem like an afterthought or side like I feel that they often are at other restaurants. The restaurant was packed and I feel so lucky to have snagged a last minute reservation. Thanks for my favorite meal in Toulouse! ”

I was truly impressed by the asparagus desert I had today, a symphonic explosion of clean, precise, balanced tastes.
